T Series grades with high rigidity, high heat resistance, etc., for the interior, heater cover, filter housing and other auto parts, machinery parts and appliances shell; C series grade with good toughness, good whiteness, etc. can be used for car interiors, handles and a variety of commodities, machinery housings, plate and frame filter press shell, etc.; B Series grades with good gloss, good whiteness, high heat resistance, etc., can be used for rice cooker parts, small appliances such as Shell.
3.Recommended processing conditions:
Drying temperature :90-100, 2H Feeding section: 200 ~ 210 °C the middle section: 210 ~ 240 °C nozzle section: 210 ~ 230 °C Injection pressure of 50 ~ 80MPa Holding pressure 40 ~ 60 Mpa Mold temperature 30 ~ 60 °C Back pressure 5 ~ 10 Mpa
